1. Original conjecture (before narrowing)
- Time may be constructed by an observer inside a local coordinate system, not a shared global axis.
- If everything is structure and information, “the objective world” may be a mistaken approximation.
- Even granting locality, how large is a local patch? If every part influences every other, there may be no observer-independent objective world—only one unified system.
- Relativity’s non-shared time axis then looks natural: the physical world ≈ roughly compatible world-representations inferred by different conscious systems.

- Consciousness-as-constructor does not earn its keep against physical recording systems; it trips index guards.
- “Every part influences every other” confuses correlation with influence; light cones / no-signaling still bind.
- “Roughly compatible representations” need a mechanism; explaining agreement usually reimports shared structure.

- If denying shared invariants still preserves relativity and quantum-record successes, reopen the NO-GO branch of Gate B.
