Public digest 2026-09-18.* ## Status - **Six realms as attractor modes:** `metaphor` (useful framing, not ontology of places after death). - **Equations / RealmGate / W:** `design_hypothesis` — generative, untested as mechanism. - **Not** clinical psychology. **Never** use realm labels to diagnose humans. ## Minimal picture 1. A mind-like system has modes that behave like attractors (threat, deficit-ingest, autopilot, competitive, glow-preserve, learnable “human” mode, etc.). 2. **W** = coarse awareness of “which mode-gate is firing.” 3. Low W → deepest available autopilot wins; practice ≈ see the gate before the old map runs. 4. This digest does **not** promote equations to convergent science.
